This is a book I have been reading--showing lots of info on studies done on what we all know to be true...Our diets can kill us or save us--we can change the future with how we eat.
So here is what I am considering---Making animal protein a condiment,
Michael Pollen's idea--eat a variety of foods, mostly plants, not too much
Eating more beens legumes lentils
Growing my vegie garden--I know this was the plan but things got sidetracked by CANCER! so now I have to get it going---
Getting the sugar out--this I know I need to do but it is so hard for me...I love sweets but do I love them more than living longer healthier and stronger--I don't think so.
